Four distinct generations of prospects and donors – from 20-somethings to senior citizens – comprise our organizations’ constituents and a “one-size-fits-all” approach to engaging them no longer works. Join us for a discussion of each cohort including their unique characteristics, strategies for involvement, and meaningful gift options for their stages of life. Melissa Mencotti, director of gift planning at Allegheny College (Meadville, PA), will lead the conversation. Please come prepared to share your insights and strategies for fruitful engagement.
