In the spirit of the gift giving…and getting season, several experienced planned giving professionals will discuss: “Would You Accept this Gift?” Recollections of gifts that have “gone south”, or nearly so. Why/how they were problematic, as well as the importance and value of having a good Gift Acceptance Policy to deal with such gifts. If you have had such experiences, feel free to recall them with us. The program will begin with our chapter’s 2018 Annual Meeting where we will review the year and our elect 2019 board members.
